Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems Analyst at InvestCloudCollaborate with cross-functional information technology project teams, including product managers, developers, and enterprise clients, to gather and refine project requirements, define solution scope, and break down user needs into clear deliverables. Define and manage data workflows across systems for projects, including conducting in-depth analysis of source data systems and staging targets to validate data mapping, resolve inconsistencies, and document flow architecture. Develop and lead execution of robust project-related end-to-end test strategies, test scenarios, and datasets based on user flows and edge cases, and conduct pre-handoff QA to ensure system reliability and usability utilizing A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to reduce churn and friction. Create detailed user stories, data flow diagrams, system architecture charts, and acceptance criteria to enable clear communication between business and engineering teams. Define and manage project plans, dependencies, and progress checkpoints while coordinating between engineering, design, and client success teams, to deliver InvestCloud platform functionalities and features within scope and timeline for global enterprise clients. Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for projects using tools like Mixpanel, Looker, and Power BI to evaluate product success, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on features, driving client retention and conversion through continuous measurement. Manage project stakeholder communication and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, providing timely updates, resolving blockers, and aligning expectations while securing strategic buy-in across departments. Prepare training materials, support documentation, and detailed handoffs to production and support project teams following product launches/go-lives.Minimum requirements: Masters degree or foreign equivalent in any technology related field. 2 years of experience in the job offered or related. Experience with: AI-assisted product prototyping using Cursor, v0, Lovable, and ChatGPT; Figma-based interactive prototyping; privacy-compliant product design under GDPR & CCPA frameworks; SQL-based product analytics & behavioral segmentation using Mixpanel; and REST API integration design & validation for multi-system enterprise platform workflows.Salary: $107,120 per year, standard corporate benefits & discretionary bonusWork Location: 810 7th Avenue, Floor 24, New York, NY 10019Work from home permitted 40% of timeCV to [email protected]#LI-DNI
