As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Revenue Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving revenue generation across the business by informing business strategy, improving operational efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across business development, finance, engineering, operations, planning, and production teams. Given our rapid growth and the uniquely challenging problems we tackle as a business, this role will naturally gravitate toward finding solutions and will be adept at navigating organizational hurdles. The ability to build trust quickly in a fast-paced environment and execute with high dependability is critical to success in this role.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Growth Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellent, and optimize tools and systems that support our growth team. You will inform business strategy and deliver data-driven insights that enable revenue generation across the organization. This will require strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and experience working with cross-functional teams. If you are someone who communicates effectively, takes initiative, and thrives in a high-growth, fast changing environment then this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
-
System Design
-
Proactively identify and address recurring business challenges, innovating and iterating on processes to foster long-term solutions
-
Project manage from start to finish the rollout of new systems and features (including discovery, builds, testing, communications, and roll-out)
-
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Corporate Technology, Financial Operations, and Divisional Operations teams to refine and improve systems and processes to scale effectively
-
Design workflows that hold up under real-world pressure: multi-year procurement cycles, classified program constraints, multiple stakeholders touching the same account
-
Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for growth systems (ie Salesforce), championing data integrity and governance standards
-
Architect how opportunities get created, staged, and tracked from first contact through close - spanning CRM (Salesforce), COCOM/government account structures, and cross-business line/cross-department handoff
-
Build the reporting layer that gives leadership an accurate, real-time read on pipeline health without a weekly manual roll-up
-
Documentation & Enablement
-
Write the process documentation that makes “how we track a deal” unambiguous - RACI charts, stage-gate definitions, field-level data standards
-
Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to support the effectiveness of our growth teams and enforce the adoption of best practices across all business lines
-
Build and deliver training for sales, business development, and finance teams on new tools and processes - live sessions, quick reference guides to drive adoption of best practices across all business lines.
-
Maintain a living playbook that gets updated as fast as the org changes, not once a year
-
Enforcement & Governance
-
Own data quality and process adherence - build the audits, nudges, and escalation paths that keep the CRM trustworthy
-
Partner with team leads to hold their teams accountable to the standard
-
Identify where a broken process is a training gap versus a system gap and fix the right one.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-
3-5 years experience in consulting, finance/revenue operations, sales/growth operations, ideally somewhere with real process complexity (e.g., multiple business lines, various types of deals and sales cycles, and government/commercial accounts)
-
Deep Salesforce fluency and experience - have built or heavily customized instances, not just reported out of them
-
Experience creating documentation and training that people actually use and reference
-
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
-
Comfort holding senior stakeholders accountable to a process, diplomatically and firmly
-
Project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.
-
Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information to swiftly become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.
-
Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
-
Bias towards building the process or system over writing the memo proposing it
-
Ownership mentality with a natural bias to assume responsibility. We empower our team to quickly assume high levels of responsibility and entrust them to actively own projects and shape their success.
-
Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
Bonus: Experience with government/defense cycles, COCOM or DoD Account structures, and post-acquisition system integration. US Salary Range $117,000—$150,000 USD
