DutiesPerform financial modeling and investment analysis to evaluate real estate projects and projected returns; conduct research on real estate markets and capital trends; analyze project performance, risks, and feasibility; collaborate with asset managers to support investment decisions; and prepare investment memoranda, reports, and presentation materials for internal review and business development purposes. Minimum requirementsMaster's degree in Finance or a related field.24 months of experience in financial analysis or a related occupation.
