Full job description

Financial Analyst (NY, NY) Financial Modeling & Valuation: Construct & maintain complex financial models, incl. Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Merger Models, & LBO anlysis, to eval client transaction structures. Sector & Target Research: Perf rigorous quantitative & qualitative research on ind. trends, comparable co. sets, & precedent transactions to supp. strategic mandates. Technical Due Diligence Supp.: Coord. the collection, org., & anlysis of financial data w/in Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) to facilitate the due diligence process for buy-side or sell-side engagements. Investment Material Prep: Synthesize financial data into clear, accurate presentation materials, incl. Pitch Books, Confidential Info. Memorandums (CIMs), & mgmt. presentations. Sensitivity & Scenario Anlysis: Conduct sensitivity anlysis on key transaction variables (e.g., WACC, terminal growth rates) to provide data-driven insights for sr.-level negotiations. Compliance & Q.C.: Ensure all financial anlysis & client deliverables adhere to internal valuation guidelines & reg. reporting standards. $87838.00/yr.
