Full job description
Analyze prospective and existing real estate investments by conducting financial analyses, market research, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analyses to evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities. Research and evaluate property characteristics, market conditions, comparable sales and rental data, financing terms, construction costs, and other transaction-specific information using commercial research reports and public databases. Develop and maintain financial models and pro forma analyses to assess acquisition opportunities, projected investment performance, and disposition strategies. Support the acquisition and disposition of real estate investments by evaluating financial and operational data, conducting due diligence, and preparing investment analyses. Prepare written reports and presentations summarizing analytical findings. Bachelor's in finance, economics, or related quantitative discipline.
