Full job description

The University Counseling Center (UCC) at the University of Utah enthusiastically welcomes applications for a 12-month full-time (40 hours/week) Care Coordinator to become an integralmember of our dynamic multidisciplinary team.Responsibilities include: provision of face-to-face care management for students in need of longer term or more specialized treatment; coaching and skills-based training for students navigating care, campus and community referral follow-up, collaboration and outreach with campus partners who provide case management for University of Utah students, and active collaboration with community mental health providers and agencies, including those who offer free and low cost treatment.
