Job Summary:
General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a provider of military and commercial engineering services. GA-SI is a leading-edge expert in systems integration technologies, reliability improvements, and controls system design.
The Aviation Resource Management (ARMS) Specialist is responsible for accurate, timely management of aviation records and mission documentation within ARMS and related systems. This role ensures aircrew qualifications, currencies, and mission data are correctly captured and maintained so missions can execute without administrative delays.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process aircrew actions in ARMS, including:

Initial qualification

Requalification
-
Loss of qualification
-
Qualification updates and changes
-
Process Mission Activity Reports (MARs) and ensure accurate, complete documentation of mission activities in ARMS.

Maintain and update ground training events, currencies, and certification records within ARMS and associated databases.

Prepare, review, and manage crew packages for operational sites, ensuring all ARMS data and required documentation are current and accurate prior to mission execution.

Monitor and resolve discrepancies in ARMS records that could impact mission readiness or compliance.

Coordinate with aircrew, schedulers, and leadership to validate data and support mission planning and execution.

Job Qualifications:

Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six or more years experience in a field related to the specialized functional area or unit where assigned. Must demonstrate an extensive in-depth understanding of assigned functional area principles, theories and concepts.

Demonstrated ability to perform well under time pressure and manage multiple layers of documentation efficiently.

Highly detail‑oriented; understands that inaccurate ARMS data entry can result in mission delays or cancellations.

Fast learner; able to quickly understand and apply new customer requirements, regulations, and ARMS‑related processes.

Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Aviation Resource Management Systems (ARMS) or similar aviation/aircrew management systems.

Background in aviation operations, aircrew support, or military aviation administration.
