负责接听客户来电，准确解答关于预订服务的相关咨询，提供专业、礼貌的客户服务。

根据客户需求，协助完成住宿、交通及其他相关服务的预订操作，确保信息录入准确无误。

处理客户预订变更、取消等后续服务需求，及时协调内部资源解决问题，提升客户满意度。

维护客户信息档案，确保数据安全与保密，遵守个人信息保护相关规定。
-
配合团队完成日常报表整理及服务流程优化工作，持续提升服务效率与质量。
-
大专及以上学历，旅游、酒店管理、商务服务等相关专业优先。

具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，普通话标准，语言表达清晰流畅。

熟练使用办公软件，具备基本的计算机操作能力。
-
工作认真细致，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力，能适应轮班工作安排。

有客户服务或呼叫中心工作经验者优先，应届毕业生亦可考虑。
