  • Use industry standard tools like SQL, Power Query, DAX and AI to retrieve, transform, and analyze data, following established standards and guidance for more complex work.

  • Maintain clear documentation for data sources, business definitions, calculations, reports, and recurring processes.

  • Ability to investigate data questions, validate results, and document assumptions and methods.

  • Business curiosity and the ability to connect analysis to operational questions and user needs.

  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including explaining findings to business audiences.

  • Ability to organize assigned work, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams in a changing environment.

  • Experience partnering with senior leaders, translating analytical findings into clear and credible recommendations.
