Job Description

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and modeling of new products and product improvements using Solidworks. This role requires the development of detailed product requirements, drawings, and documentation to support product design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new products and product improvements using Solidworks.

• Create detailed product requirements, drawings, and documentation to support product design.

• Model new products and enhance existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Solidworks.

• Experience in machine design.

• Injection molding expertise.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 7+ years of product development experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a highly regulated environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical design skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, utilizing advanced technologies such as Solidworks for product design and development. The position may involve working in regulated environments and requires adherence to strict guidelines and standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Horsham, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $170000.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
