The team you will be a part of

Seamless execution of cost, quality and/or conversion improvement, must win and business essential projects in the North American region for final laundry manufactured products that deliver product leadership through sustainment of the business needs.

This role in summary

The EPI (Existing Product Improvement) System Integrator will lead high-visibility, strategic TVC (Total Variable Cost) initiatives, driving end-to-end project success from conceptualization through early-stage planning and production activation. This role acts as a primary owner for G0/G1 gating, ensuring robust business case development, cross-functional alignment on capital and tooling, and seamless integration of complex product design changes. You will bridge the gap between design and manufacturing to resolve complex production hurdles and optimize long-term system costs.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support idea generation in workshops to develop cost pipeline

  • Work with SME (Subject Matter Experts) to scope ideas in order to understand project feasibility ( technical / financial)

  • Analyze SIR (Service Incident Rate) information to generate insights on field trends and open Quality projects

  • Analyze BOM (bill of material) information to generate cost ideas

  • Execute cost and quality projects following the WPD methodology

  • Write BOM change notices in Windchill

  • Create Engineering changes to literature

  • Create FMEA ( Failure Modes, and Effect Analysis)

  • Create Test Plan using DVP&R (Design Validation Plan & Report)

  • Create work plans (schedules) to complete projects and introduce changes into production

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders as part of the project execution (suppliers, procurement, subsystems, manufacturing, marketing, quality)

  • Lead early-stage feasibility assessments (technical/financial) for capital-intensive projects, ensuring validation prior to project activation

  • Develop and present data-backed business cases for new project initiatives

  • Technical coaching and mentoring to new hires within the team

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

  • 4+ years of experience in the development or implementation of engineering solutions in areas including cost reduction, quality improvement, implementation of new projects or new technologies

  • Experience in Project Scoping

  • Proficient in English

  • High communication skills: projects / initiatives / conclusions / report outs

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management

  • Proactive (Bias for Action)

  • Intermediate user of Google Workspace

  • Good analytical skills

  • Soft skills to work on a multicultural / multiregional team

Preferred skills and experiences

  • SAP / Windchill experience

  • Green/Black Belt Certification

  • Agile Methodology

  • Strategic Stakeholder Management

  • Business Acumen
