Job Description A Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for overseeing a company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within their industry, by developing and implementing policies, conducting audits, monitoring changes in legislation, training staff, and acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies to ensure the company operates within legal boundaries; essentially, they lead the strategic efforts to maintain compliance across all company operations.
Manager of Regulatory Compliance Job Summary The Manager of Regulatory Compliance is responsible for administration and oversight of all activities concerning the achievement of continuous regulatory, accreditation readiness, and quality excellence. The role provides oversight for matters including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission (TJC), and other external agencies for regulatory compliance. This position works closely with facility leadership, and department leaders across the organization to support facilitation, development, and implementation of systems to ensure compliance.
