Temp to Hire

Warehouse Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

LSI Staffing is partnering with a leading logistics provider supporting a major automotive manufacturing facility in Lincoln, AL. We're hiring dependable warehouse associates for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

What's in it for you?

  • Pay range: $15.00 to $18.00/hour

  • 90-day temp-to-hire. You'll start with a trial period. During that time, LSI and the client's management team work closely together to make sure you're a good fit, are reliable, and want to become a full-time associate.

  • Pay increases after 90 days upon conversion of temp to hire period.

Shift Options

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM.

  • 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

  • Weekend work required as needed.

  • Overtime is mandatory.

Position Details

  • Temp-to-hire, full-time work available.

  • $15.00 to $18.00/hour – Depending on role and shift.

  • Forklift operation – Will train if necessary, but experience is welcomed.

  • Picking, packing, scanning, and sorting parts (Will train).

  • Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and pushing.

Qualifications

  • No high school diploma or GED required.

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
