Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency Program

  • Eligible for a Minnesota medical license

Compensation:

Initial 24-month salary guarantee range: $475,000+; production model after guarantee window.

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, CME reimbursement, paid time off, 401 (k) profit sharing, malpractice liability insurance, and shareholder/partnership status. Benefits are prorated for part-time physicians.
