What You Will Do
-
Develop and maintain global data privacy, AI governance, and compliance policies aligned with evolving regulations (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act).

Partner with Security, Product, and Engineering to ensure privacy-by-design and compliance-by-default in all AI systems and cloud platforms.

Draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements (DPAs) and compliance clauses with customers and vendors.

Lead incident response legal coordination, including breach notifications, investigations, and communications.

Monitor global regulatory changes and advise executives on emerging risks and legal strategies for AI and data operations.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for

Advanced degree in Law (J.D. or LL.M.).

At least 5 years of experience working in global SaaS/AI companies.

Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously.

Strong communication skills with empathy.
