Job Introduction: The Senior Manager, FP&A leads financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across multiple business units or corporate functions. Provides executive-level financial insights and partners with leadership to support strategic decision-making. Manages a team of analysts and drives improvements in planning tools, processes, and reporting.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning cycles for assigned functions or business lines.

  • Provides financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership, including scenario modeling and strategic insights.

  • Develops and maintains financial dashboards and performance metrics aligned with company goals.

  • Leads cross-functional financial reviews and drives alignment between financial results and business strategy.

  • Ensures timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for leadership and board reporting.

  • Implements planning tools and process enhancements to scale FP&A capabilities and improve forecast accuracy.

  • Manages and mentors a team of finance analysts and managers, supporting career development and performance excellence.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic business analysis

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred

  • Proven experience managing financial planning cycles and delivering actionable business insights

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and planning/reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI)

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
