Physical Therapist
Schedule: Two weekend shifts each month. Additional shifts available based on department needs.
Are you passionate about helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life? Join our rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist and make a meaningful impact through patient-centered care. We welcome new graduates and are willing to train the right candidate for our team!
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based therapy interventions, monitor progress, and educate patients and families to help achieve optimal outcomes. You will work with a diverse patient population, helping individuals improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments

Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progress
-
Document patient care, treatment outcomes, and discharge planning
-
Communicate patient status with physicians and the healthcare team
-
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants
-
Provide home exercise programs and patient/family education
-
Rotate through treatment areas as needed
-
Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development
-
May serve as a clinical instructor for PT students and residents

Graduate of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Must possess knowledge and skills required to provide quality customer service.

Acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation experience, preferredLicensure, Certifications, and Clearances:Active license in practicing state required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.
