Program ManagerExperience 15+ Years Mandatory Skills * First escalation point for all issues * Knowledge of AI and ML is needed. * Issues handling and resolution at engagement level. * Periodic status updates and project review with customer managers * Risk management at engagement level * Clarity time sheet management * SLA metrics management * People management for Vendor onshore team * Managing onboarding and offboarding of resources * Capacity planning and project pipeline review with customer managers * Vendor resource back up planning * Suggest and track process changes and improvements * Should have data related background like Teradata and knowledge of ETL tool * Knowledge / exposure to GCP or any other cloud will be added advantageInterpersonal Skills * Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Excellent leadership skills with ability lead and guide and groom the team * Excellent team player, able to work with virtual teams * Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment * Able to talk to client directly and report to client/onsite * Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch * Flexible to travel and relocate in India and AbroadOther detailsSalary range $95000 to $165000Equal opportunity Employer:Mphasis is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
