Full job description

About Us Sieve is a multimodal lab curating the world’s highest-quality training datasets, spanning video, audio, images, text, and 3D. We combine exabyte-scale data infrastructure with novel multimodal understanding techniques to push the frontier of foundation models. We exist to solve one of the biggest bottlenecks in AI: high-quality training data.

Why Now Physical AI needs footage of real people doing real work across a wide range of environments. Expanding that collection means building relationships with businesses, getting access to their spaces, and making deployments work on the ground. We’re looking for someone who can help build that capability in their country.

About the Role You’ll help secure access to environments where Sieve can deploy hardware to collect footage, then work alongside our team to get those sites up and running. You’ll combine local business development with hands-on field operations, taking opportunities from an introduction or a walk-in conversation through to a successful deployment. You might start with your own connections, ask for introductions, or go door to door to meet business owners. We’ll support you with hardware, training, and help moving partnerships forward. You’ll build the local playbook and serve as the main link between partners in your country and our U.S. team.

What You’ll Do

  • Find the right environments: Identify businesses, facilities, and workplaces that fit our collection needs, and reach the people who can approve access.

  • Build relationships locally: Use your network, referrals, cold outreach, and door-to-door visits to meet owners and operators, explain what we’re doing, and earn their trust.

  • Help run partnership sales cycles: Qualify opportunities, arrange site visits, address questions, follow up, and work with the U.S. team on terms and agreements that turn interest into confirmed access.

  • Support deployments on the ground: Coordinate site schedules, hardware delivery and setup, operator onboarding, and day-to-day troubleshooting with support from our team.

  • Keep collection running: Stay close to partners after launch, resolve practical issues, and coordinate required site permissions and participant consents with our team before recording begins.

  • Build the country playbook: Document which environments and outreach approaches work, common objections, deployment steps, and lessons that make the next site easier to launch.

  • Lead local coordination: Keep the U.S. team informed on the pipeline, site readiness, deployment progress, and blockers. Turn collection requirements into clear local plans and bring field feedback back to the team.

What Success Looks Like

  • A growing pipeline of suitable environments and responsive local partners.

  • Partnerships that turn into active sites producing usable footage.

  • Deployments that run reliably, with issues surfaced and resolved quickly.

  • A practical country playbook and clear coordination with the U.S. team.

Requirements

  • Existing relationships with business owners, industry groups, or local operators.

  • Experience winning business or partnerships, running field operations, or building something locally from scratch.

  • Comfortable approaching business owners directly, visiting sites, handling objections, and following through.

  • Resourceful and proactive: you can find a way to reach the right person and keep work moving without a detailed playbook.

  • Organized enough to manage outreach, partner relationships, and deployment details at the same time.

  • Clear communication in English and the language or languages needed to work with local partners.

  • Willingness to spend substantial time in the field and travel within the country as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hardware deployments, logistics, data collection, or marketplace operations.

  • Experience coordinating with an international team across time zones.
