ERP/CRM Administrator

Description We are looking for an ERP/CRM Administrator to support and enhance enterprise platform operations for a client in Park City, Utah. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can blend system administration, configuration expertise, and hands-on development to improve platform performance and user experience. The role will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions, maintain reliable integrations, and provide guidance that helps teams use the system effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize ERP/CRM platform functionality to support daily business operations and evolving organizational needs.

• Configure system features, workflows, permissions, and data structures to align with approved business requirements.

• Develop and maintain client-side scripting and custom platform solutions to improve usability and process efficiency.

• Partner with business teams to gather needs, document requirements, and convert them into scalable technical configurations.

• Oversee configuration management practices, including change tracking, testing coordination, and controlled deployment of updates.

• Support platform integrations by monitoring data flow, troubleshooting issues, and working with technical teams to maintain system connectivity.

• Deliver user training and ongoing support to help employees adopt new features and follow best practices.

• Create and maintain clear system documentation, including setup details, process notes, and business requirement records. Requirements • 3+ years of experience administering ERP, CRM, or comparable business systems.

• Hands-on background in Salesforce administration and Salesforce development within business environments.

• Experience with configuration management, including structured change control and release coordination.

• Ability to write and support client-side scripting for platform customization and process improvements.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integration concepts, data synchronization, and issue resolution.

• Experience preparing or working from business requirement documents to deliver system enhancements.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to train users and explain technical concepts clearly. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
