What the day will look like

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data-driven wellbeing strategies and programmes for clients.

  • Run end-to-end survey projects: set up questionnaires, manage fieldwork, analyse survey and related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities at client, segment, and benchmark level.

  • Support analysis of broader workforce health datasets, including survey, claims, utilisation, demographic, and wellbeing programme data to inform client recommendations.

  • Turn data into clear, client-ready outputs, including charts, summaries, reports, and executive-ready presentations that translate complex findings into concise, actionable insights.

  • Support client discussions and help shape next-step recommendations on wellbeing strategy and programme design.

  • Take ownership of defined project workstreams, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, issue tracking, and delivery management across multiple client accounts.

  • Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and industry scanning to identify emerging wellbeing solutions, best practices, and innovation opportunities.

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Aon's wellbeing analytics products and intellectual property.

  • Support thought leadership and Aon's voice in the market by preparing insights, case studies, articles, presentations, and content for external publications and events.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, client records, and knowledge repositories to support delivery quality, continuity, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology) or equivalent practical experience.

  • Typically 3-6 years of experience in market research, people analytics, management consulting, health consulting, or a similar insights-focused role, with hands-on responsibility for surveys and client deliverables.

  • Strong practical experience with survey research, including questionnaire design or adaptation, survey setup, fieldwork management, response-rate monitoring, and data quality checks.

  • Solid analytical skills and experience working with multiple data sources. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

  • Excellent project management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment, navigating ambiguity, exercising sound judgement, and proactively proposing solutions to emerging challenges.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality project and knowledge management practices.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin will be an advantage

  • Knowledge of wellbeing programmes and initiatives in the APAC region, with a focus on Hong Kong, is a plus
