Job Description A Licensed Land Surveyor is a professional responsible for accurately measuring and defining property boundaries on the ground, using specialized surveying equipment and techniques, to legally establish the location of real estate for property transactions, development projects, and other land-related activities, while adhering to local surveying regulations and standards.

Licensed Land Surveyor Position Type: Full Time Office: Warrington, PA Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually Position Description: Project manager position to assist with all aspects of the Survey Department. Production of survey related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. These projects include boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production.

  • Training field crews, technicians, and support staff.

  • Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects and construction stakeout.

  • Quality control of survey plans and documents.

  • Various calculations to support field personnel.

  • Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects are performed on budget and on schedule.

  • Title report review and compliance.

  • Identifying problems and providing solutions. Qualifications Requirements:

  • 5 plus years survey experience in survey project management.

  • Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D.

  • PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license also preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
