• Solve Ambiguous Problems: Lead deep-dive analyses on complex business questions, synthesizing unstructured data into clear, executive-ready recommendations.

• Analyze Market & Onchain Trends: Evaluate blockchain transactions, liquidity, token activity, and market shifts to uncover consumer behavior insights.

• Drive Experimentation & Causal Analysis: Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests with high statistical rigor—setting clear hypotheses, sample sizes, conversion goals, and risk guardrails.

• Own Core Metrics & Dashboards: Serve as the single point of ownership for key metrics and maintain executive dashboards.

• Build Financial & Strategic Models: Create quantitative models, scenario analyses, and market sizing to evaluate new product features and international growth.

• Develop Clean Data Pipelines: Write efficient SQL and Python code to extract, transform, and structure complex datasets, establishing reliable ETL workflows.

• Leverage AI & Modern Tooling: Responsibly integrate AI copilots and automated workflows into daily analytics to increase speed and decision quality.

• Align Cross-Functional Partners: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to assess the commercial and operational impact of regulatory updates and business strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Analytical Capacity & Rigor: Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, probability, statistical modeling, and financial mechanics applied to complex business problems.

• Digital Assets Knowledge: Solid understanding of bitcoin, ethereum, blockchain protocols, crypto market dynamics, stablecoins, staking mechanics, and global exchange ecosystems.

• Experimentation & Causal Inference: Hands-on experience designing controlled A/B tests, measuring statistical significance, and establishing guardrail metrics.

• Technical & Tooling Proficiency: Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and pipeline development.

• Product & Strategic Thinking: Experience working alongside product managers and engineers in an iterative, fast-paced product development environment.

• Executive Communication: Proven ability to translate complex quantitative findings into concise, compelling data stories that influence stakeholders.

Work Setup Work model Hybrid Office requirement 2 days per week at the office.
