  • Assist in developing and documenting supply chain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Support development and maintenance of standard parts lists (Min/Max) to improve sourcing efficiency and cost control

  • Help create templates and frameworks for supplier audits and quarterly business reviews

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to align sourcing strategies with production goals

  • Contribute to process improvements that prepare the organization for scaled production and qualification

Required Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field

  • Experience supporting direct materials procurement

  • Strong negotiation skills especially related to cost and payment terms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment

  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of flexibility

  • Familiarity with procurement/ERP systems

  • Enthusiasm for aviation and Hermeus's mission.
