Full job description

Act as dedicated spotters during lift operations and overhead installation.

Assist with pulling, feeding, and organizing low-voltage cabling.

Stage and distribute materials, tools, speakers, and installation equipment.

Assist installers with device mounting and general installation tasks under direction.

Maintain cable organization, remove debris, and keep work areas clean.

Follow site safety rules and assist with material handling and daily cleanup.

Requirements

Basic construction or low-voltage experience; 1–2 helpers with prior low-voltage experience preferred.

Ability to follow instructions and support skilled installers.

Awareness of lift safety, overhead hazards, and jobsite housekeeping.

Ability to handle materials, pull cable, and work safely around active construction areas.

Benefits

Hourly wage: $22
