Full job description

Logistics Coordinator (Truck), Peachtree City, GA

When you join our team as a Logistics Coordinator (Truck) ,

you will be responsible for coordinating transportation and logistics

activities supporting Interfor's operations across the U.S. and Canada, helping

ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to customers

throughout North America.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate transportation capacity to ensure on-timedelivery of customer orders and support freight planning activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providersto resolve shipment issues, delays, and equipment availability challenges.

  • Support freight rate management, transportation costoptimization, and sales quoting activities.

  • Maintain logistics data and system records, includingfreight rates, carrier information, customer shipping details, and ERP updates.

  • Process freight invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, andhelp drive continuous improvements in delivery performance and customerservice.

What You Offer

  • Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field is preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of freight logistics experience (we welcome candidates with varying levels of relevant experience, compensation will be aligned with the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience)

  • Comfortable using TMS, ERP and MS Office

  • Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach, ableto build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, carriers, andtransportation partners

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analyticaland problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment
