The Graphic Designer at Iterative Health will bring our brand to life through compelling visual design across digital, print, and marketing channels. This role will create high-quality, on-brand creative assets that support demand generation, commercial enablement, provider engagement, and corporate communications. Working closely with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, the Graphic Designer will translate complex clinical research and business strategy concepts into clear, engaging visual experiences that resonate with providers, sponsors, investors, and prospective employees. This is a hands-on role for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can balance strong visual storytelling with speed, consistency, and execution across a growing organization. Freelance/1099 role until the end of the year. Expected approx 20 hours/week. Where You’ll Drive Impact

  • Deliver expert-level slide deck craftsmanship to develop, restructure, and polish pitch decks and presentations, in partnership with executive team and cross-functional leaders

  • Design compelling visual assets that reinforce Iterative Health’s brand identity across marketing, corporate communications, and external-facing materials.

  • Create creative assets for digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, website initiatives, and demand generation programs that drive awareness and engagement.

  • Develop presentations, sales collateral, one-pagers, infographics, and other materials that communicate our value proposition and support commercial opportunities.

  • Turn complex scientific, clinical, operational , information into accessible visual content that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Design graphics, visual storytelling assets, and branded content for LinkedIn and other digital channels, partnering with Marketing to maintain a consistent and engaging presence.

  • Design creative and effective event materials supportive of a “white glove” brand experience, including master branding, event signage, programs, and podium presentations •

  • Manage and expand library of branded templates, creative assets, and design resources to ensure consistent application of brand standards for content generation across teams and channels.

  • Leverage design tools, templates, and emerging AI capabilities to streamline production, improve turnaround times, and scale creative output without compromising quality.

  • Coordinate multiple design requests and projects from concept through final delivery, incorporating stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, brand design, or a related creative field, ideally at a high-growth AI, tech, or SaaS startup
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills across digital marketing, presentations, brand collateral, and other creative formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; experience with Figma and presentation design tools is a plus.
  • Strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and an interest in using emerging technologies to improve creative workflows.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

New York pay range $50—$85 USD
