Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Clinical Nurse, you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

  • Adheres to established Hospital/departmental policies and procedures; hospital and department specific goals and objectives; performance improvement initiatives; legal, safety, and environmental regulations and standards infection control standards; the Nurse Practices Act and Patient's Bill of Rights. .

  • Meets the physical and emotional needs of patient and family.

  • Applies clinical knowledge and expertise for coordinating patient care by regularly planning and evaluating the care of patients.

  • Establishes and maintains professional and collaborative relationships with other staff members, Physicians, patients, patient family members, and the public as appropriate, while assuring confidentiality of all patient information.

  • Demonstrates effective nursing judgement and a working knowledge of the nursing process.

  • Provides guidance to interdisciplinary team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks.

We are not currently accepting new graduate or new to speciality applications. This position is represented by CNA and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement

Job Requirements

Required

  • Minimum one year current acute care experience

  • Current and Active Registered Nurse: CA,

  • AHA Basic Life Support / Advanced Cardiac Life Support

  • AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Preferred

  • Bachelors Of Nursing, upon hire

Pay Range

$55.55 - $79.06 /hour
