Job Details

Pay: $33.43 - 40.92 / hour + $1.65/ hour shift premium for Night Shift

Location: Kendallville, IN

Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, 3‑2‑2-3 rotation, evenings & weekends required

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install manufacturing equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.

  • Install, maintain, and improve manufacturing machinery and facility systems.

  • Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) on equipment failures.

  • Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability.

  • Follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Technical Certificate in Industrial Maintenance (or equivalent experience/training) preferred.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

  • Experience in manufacturing environment.
