Location: Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA or Chicago, IL (100% Onsite)

Pay: $36/hr

Duration: 6-Month Contract (High Potential for Extension/Conversion)

Start Date: Mid-End November 2026

You'll partner directly with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and drive the hiring process from requisition assignment through offer acceptance while supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Source and engage candidates across multiple talent pools

• Build and maintain pipelines for specialized and niche skill sets

• Partner directly with hiring managers on recruiting strategy and candidate movement

• Manage candidate communication throughout the interview and offer process

• Extend offers and guide candidates through acceptance

• Track recruiting metrics, candidate activity, and hiring progress

• Manage 100-200 active requisitions in a high-volume environment

• Drive an exceptional candidate experience while balancing competing priorities

Qualifications

Required

• 1-4+ years of recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or staffing experience

• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments

• Strong administrative and process management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred

• Previous Recruiting Coordinator experience

• Experience supporting technical or SDE hiring

• Experience working within ATS and CRM recruiting systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
