Job Description
-
Collect and analyze data and complete business analysis assignments for decision-making support; test business processes and recommend improvements.
-
Develop and analyze data and interpret information to assist management with internal procedures, policy-making functions, and software system implementation.

Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and teams to understand the business needs of the company; develop plans to address issues with business solutions, and support business projects in a timely manner.

Identify specific business opportunities using analytical tools and analyze competitiveness to make necessary recommendations to improve company business and procedure.

Serve as the coordinator between system users and developers to ensure that the system meets business needs to achieve business operational efficiency; improve existing ERP systems and business functions within a reasonable timeframe.

Provide business-related project documents and perform quality control on the assigned projects with project tools and techniques.

Develop and revise corporate procedures and related SOPs to standardize business operations and to meet regulatory requirements.

Propose departmental goals and milestones and review the status on a regular time basis.

Perform research/benchmark study and make necessary procedural/system recommendations to improve business process and company competitiveness.

Assist Internal Audit to propose/revise audit checklist and provide necessary opinions on related audit findings to ensure business/operations are in line with corporate policies and procedures.

Follow up and analyze system-generated abnormal reports to enhance control mechanism and help streamline business processes.
Salary: $79,202.81 per year

Education and Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
