Job Description

Oticon, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst available in Somerset, NJ. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating complex workflows into detailed functional specifications within the Dynamics 365 (D365) ecosystem. Streamline business processes through the implementation and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and E-Commerce systems. Analyze business intelligence data to support strategic decision-making and enhance system performance, stability, and security. Perform gap analysis, requirements analysis, and requirements documentation using IT tools and maintain traceability matrices. Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases, identify defects, and support system operations and implementation. Define current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) states of enterprise systems, assess gaps, and recommend process and system improvements. Utilize business process modeling tools to document workflows and support technical teams’ understanding of business processes. Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements across business units, facilitate meetings, and prioritize requirements using Agile methodologies and tools such as Visual Studio Team Foundation Server. Prepare detailed functional and business requirements and recommend system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Operations, to implement process improvements and develop data-driven solutions. Act as a liaison between business users and development teams, deliver business intelligence solutions, and ensure quality through testing, validation, and adherence to quality assurance standards. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, a related field or foreign equivalent. Must have three (3) years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or a closely related role. Must have demonstrated experience within the medical device industry.
