  • Review and calculate regular pay, overtime, incentive payments, reimbursements, and other payroll adjustments as needed.

  • Allocate payroll expenses correctly across departments, locations, and job assignments to support accurate costing and reporting.

  • Reconcile payroll transactions, direct deposits, tax-related items, and liability balances while helping maintain accurate payroll-related ledger accounts.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and separation processes, including documentation, records updates, and administrative follow-through.

  • Keep personnel files, benefits records, and other employee documentation current, organized, and compliant with company and legal standards.

  • Support benefits administration, holiday and time-off tracking, company equipment records, and implementation of HR policies and handbook guidelines.

  • Contribute to HR and payroll system setup activities related to HR Software and assist with data accuracy during ongoing configuration efforts.

Requirements • Experience in human resources administration with working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.

  • Practical payroll processing experience, including wage calculations, deductions, tax-related reconciliations, and payroll record maintenance.

  • Familiarity with benefits administration, employee file management, and compliance with employment laws and workplace policies.

  • Ability to work effectively in HRIS and payroll systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, detailed records, and recurring deadlines.

  • Understanding of employee relations practices and the ability to communicate professionally with staff and leadership.
