You will be the Manufacturing Tooling Design Engineer Sr for our team, joining the tool design team in the design and development of manufacturing tooling and equipment. Our team is responsible for creating cost-effective solutions for internal customers and promoting continuous improvement of design, fabrication, and implementation processes for tooling.

As the Manufacturing Tooling Design Engineer Sr, you will be responsible for managing team priorities, ensuring effective communication among design team and internal customers, and applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to develop cost-effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

Interpreting complex drawing requirements and creating detailed drawing views of assemblies

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
#mfcnews Researches, plans, designs and develops mechanical products and systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines and mechanical, thermal hydraulic or heat transfer systems for production, transmission, measurement, and use of energy. Applies research to the planning, design, development, and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/combined education
-
Ability to interpret complex drawing requirements
-
General manufacturing process knowledge
-
Proficiency with ASME Y14.5
-
Proficiency with PTC Creo or equivalent
-
Experience with assembly modeling and creating detailed drawing views of assemblies
-
Experience with machine/tooling/equipment setup, troubleshooting, and proofing
-
This facility requires special access so all
candidates must be US Citizens.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $76700.00 - $142500.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
