Full job description
We are looking for someone to fill the administrative assistant position. The job would include answering the phone, delivering messages, timekeeper and entering payroll data, tracking time by job and or equipment, processing invoices (AP) and invoicing customers as directed. Also, provide admin support to office staff as needed. Collecting the mail and occasional banking. This position is not limited to these duties but this is the major duties of this position.
