What you will do: The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the effective and efficient scheduling of inspections, service appointments, and technician workloads to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction. This position requires a highly motivated, self-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. . Required Skills and Qualifications Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities, with the capability to resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and workforce management systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), and other business applications
  • Dependable attendance and strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business demands.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What we look for: Required - This is a Full On-Site role

  • 3-5 years of strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prominent level of organization and ability to multi task a fast-paced work environment.
  • Prior work experience as a Fleet scheduler or Service coordinator, very helpful.
  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically with Excel

Preferred

  • Associates or Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience working in a SimplexGrinnell District
  • Use of ACE/Oracle systems preferred
  • Product knowledge of life safety (fire alarm & sprinkler) equipment preferred
  • Prior work experience with scheduling, billing and on-hold resolution very helpful.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25 - $33 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
