Draft Job Posting

Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart

The Opportunity As the Demand Intake Manager within our Strategy & Operations team, you will lead our pre-sales demand intake process across a fast-paced professional services organization. In this role, you will ensure new project and service requests are captured, evaluated, and aligned with business strategy and delivery capacity during the sales opportunity phase. You will be the critical bridge that evaluates pre-sales deals for completeness and feasibility, driving better decisions, improved utilization, and stronger client outcomes before the work is even won.

About the Team You will be joining the Resource Management Office, a dynamic group dedicated to creating structure and transparency to improve how pre-sales and delivery work is reviewed. We maintain a culture of high performance, accountability, and cross-functional partnership. By working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Resource Management, our team ensures that client demand is balanced with delivery capacity, setting accurate expectations for delivery dates and maximizing operational efficiencies across the board.

You will report directly to David Cochran, a leader known for fostering a collaborative and structured environment where operational excellence is prioritized. David empowers his team to identify and implement process improvements that streamline intake workflows and turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies. Under his guidance, you will have the autonomy to drive intake and prioritization sessions with key stakeholders, ensuring that transitioned sales wins enable Delivery Leaders and Project Managers to exceed customer expectations.

This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while requiring you to connect cross-functionally across time zones. Travel requirements are minimal but may be requested occasionally based on business needs.

Your Role

  • Own and optimize the pre-sales demand intake process across all business units.

  • Evaluate pre-sales deals for completeness, feasibility, and strategic alignment.

  • Lead pre-sales opportunity reviews from a Delivery perspective, driving intake and prioritization sessions.

  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track demand trends and portfolio decisions.

  • Transition sales wins to Delivery, ensuring information is correct and complete to maximize efficiencies.

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in coordinating pre-sales opportunities for clarity and completeness.

  • 3+ years of project management experience (professional services preferred).

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of project delivery models.

  • Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Kantata, Smartsheet, Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
