• Successfully manage and complete assigned month-end close activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and complete financial reporting in accordance with established deadlines and accounting standards.

• Demonstrate expert proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis. CPA preferred

• Quickly learn and navigate the organization's existing accounting processes and Oracle ERP environment, with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.

• Leverage Oracle Fusion experience to support accounting processes, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Actively support the Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion transition within the Record to Report (R2R) workstream, including process validation, requirements review, testing, issue resolution, and implementation readiness.

• Collaborate effectively with Finance, IT, and implementation team members to ensure accounting requirements are accurately represented in the new ERP environment.

• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and outstanding items to support a smooth transition and knowledge transfer at the end of the contract.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have's:

7+ years of corporate, Senior , accounting experience

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

Highly Preferred:

2+ years of Oracle Fusion experience

Experience supporting an Oracle Fusion implementation (specifically within the Record to Report Workstream)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
