Payroll Implementation Project Coordinator (INTL - India)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Project Manager to support a global payroll transformation project, with a focus on Lebanon, Qatar, Myanmar, and other Middle East countries. This individual will manage payroll implementation and integration activities, coordinate project timelines and stakeholders, and help drive projects through testing, go-live, and completion.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of payroll implementation, transformation, or project management experience
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end payroll process, including payroll postings
• Experience managing payroll implementations, integrations, testing, and go-lives
• Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, risks, and stakeholders
• International/multi-country payroll experience
• Experience coordinating with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, and payroll vendors
• Payroll experience in Lebanon, Qatar, and/or Myanmar
• Broader Middle East/MENA payroll experience
• Experience working for a payroll vendor such as ADP, Strada, CloudPay, Alight, or SD Worx
• Workday, SAP, ADP, or other global payroll/HRIS experience
