Are you a driven, hardworking Controller with federal government contracting experience? Do you aspire to apply your expertise and work ethic to advance to the C-suite as CFO while partnering with senior leadership in a highly specialized segment of the federal contracting market? If so, Relyant Global would like to speak with you.

Relyant Global is seeking a Controller with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Above all, the ideal candidate is comfortable working in a flexible, dynamic, and highly demanding global organization.

  • Strong desire to use success in this position to move into the CFO position under the Company's succession plan.

  • At least five years of demonstrated success as a Controller for a company focused on federal government contracting.

  • Extensive experience in project cost accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DOSAR, and CAS government procurement regulations.

  • Experience managing an indirect cost rate structure and familiarity with the annual Incurred Cost Submission for the government.

  • Licensed CPA with a thorough understanding of GAAP and familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

  • Experience overseeing the accounting for multiple consolidated international subsidiaries within a single ERP system.

  • Proven success leading accounting teams, including employees based in multiple locations outside the United States.

  • Ability to produce timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements.

  • Ability to collaborate with the public accounting firm to ensure timely and accurate annual audited financial statements.

  • Ability to coordinate with external tax CPAs to ensure the timely and accurate filing of all federal, state, and foreign tax returns and payment of taxes due.
