Description Human Services Professional In-Home Recovery Services (IHRS) - Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Wausau, WI | Full-Time | Benefit Eligible Schedule & Pay Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and every other weekend | 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Evening & Weekend Differential: Additional $1.50/hour for hours worked during evenings and weekends. Make a Difference Every Day Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking a Human Services Professional to join our growing In-Home Recovery Services (IHRS) team. In this community-based role, you'll support adults enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Community Support Program (CSP) through Northcentral Healthcare, helping individuals achieve their recovery goals and live more independently. This is a continuous posting in anticipation of future full-time, benefits-eligible opportunities. Provide medication management and recovery support in homes and community settings. Collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams. Participate in recovery planning and service coordination. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards. Apply counseling, case management, and community resource knowledge to support client goals. Attend required trainings, supervision, and staff meetings. Respond to client needs, including occasional evening and weekend services. Perform other duties as assigned.
