Our platform is built from the ground up, operating at scale across Azure and AWS, deployed in multiple regions globally, including IL4-compliant environments for the US Government, supporting users in 100+ countries and 30+ languages. Backed by over $410M in funding and valued at $2B+, we are defining the next era of agentic talent systems.
What sets Eightfold apart is not just the technology & our mission, but the team behind it. We are a deeply technical, execution-driven organization that values ownership, collaboration, and high standards. Our engineers, product leaders, and go-to-market teams work closely together, in person and across functions, to build systems that scale in the real world. If you're excited to work on hard problems, move with urgency, raise the bar every day, and help build agentic systems that transform how the world works, Eightfold is the place to do it.
About the Role
We're looking for a Campaign Manager who uses AI tools end to end to architect, lead, and optimize integrated campaigns for our agentic AI solutions for enterprises. This is a senior, high-ownership role: you'll set campaign strategy (not just execute against a brief), manage a portfolio of concurrent programs across email, paid, web, and events, and act as the connective tissue between demand gen, product marketing, sales, and marketing ops. You'll also set the standard for how AI is used across the campaign lifecycle, using platforms like Perplexity, Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT, and Gemini to research audiences, generate assets, orchestrate automations, and continuously improve performance and mentor other marketers on doing the same.
Responsibilities
You will own campaign strategy and execution end to end, with AI in the loop at every stage, and be a force multiplier for how the broader marketing team works:
-
Own campaign strategy for a portfolio of integrated programs (email, paid media, webinars, events, website), setting goals, targets, and measurement plans that tie directly to pipeline and product adoption for our agentic AI offerings.
-
Lead AI-powered market and account research, using Perplexity, Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to develop persona insights, messaging strategy, and competitive positioning, then translate findings into campaign briefs that other marketers and agencies can execute against.
-
Direct the creation of campaign assets with AI assistance (email sequences, landing pages, ad copy, nurture tracks, event promotions), setting quality bar and brand standards while partnering closely with content, design, and product marketing.
-
Architect and manage complex campaign workflows in Marketo and Salesforce, including segmentation strategy, lead routing logic, and scoring models, and partner with marketing ops to evolve these systems as programs scale.
-
Own end-to-end campaign operations, list strategy, UTM governance, form/landing page architecture, QA, and post-launch monitoring — and establish repeatable processes and quality standards for the broader team.
-
Use AI agents and analytics to drive a continuous optimization program: diagnosing performance across subject lines, offers, creative, and segments, and translating insights into a prioritized testing roadmap.
-
Own and continually expand the team's prompt and agent playbook, establishing best practices, training other marketers on effective AI-assisted workflows, and acting as the go-to resource for AI-powered campaign execution.
-
Serve as the primary campaign partner to demand gen, product marketing, sales, and marketing operations leadership, aligning campaign strategy with product launches, ABM programs, and sales motions, and representing campaigns in cross-functional planning.
-
Evaluate emerging AI marketing tools and capabilities, pilot new use cases, and make recommendations on which to adopt at scale, helping define how AI is used across the marketing organization going forward.
What "AI-powered" means in this role
Given you're in an AI-first org, it helps to be concrete:
-
Research and insights: Lead deep AI-assisted research on markets, accounts, and personas, synthesizing findings into strategic campaign briefs that guide other contributors and agencies.
-
Content production: Direct the use of ChatGPT/Claude to generate first drafts of emails, ad variants, webinar outlines, and nurture trees, then apply senior-level editorial judgment for quality, strategy, and brand alignment.
-
Agentic workflows: Design and own AI agent workflows (in partnership with marketing ops) for audience segmentation, performance summaries, and experiment proposals, and train others to use them.
-
Experimentation: Build and prioritize an AI-informed testing roadmap, own the analysis of results, and set the strategic direction for what gets tested next.
This is not a "prompt button pusher" role, you'll design, run, and scale AI-assisted workflows that improve speed, quality, and outcomes across the entire funnel, and set the example for how the rest of the team should do the same.
Qualifications
-
4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management, with a track record of owning campaigns end to end.
-
Proven, hands-on expertise running campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred; HubSpot or Pardot considered) and deep familiarity with a CRM such as Salesforce, including segmentation and lead routing/scoring logic.
-
Demonstrated, sophisticated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or similar) to drive research, content creation, and campaign operations — not just occasional use, but workflows you've built and can teach to others.
-
Strong command of multi-touch funnels, lead lifecycle stages, and key SaaS metrics (MQL, SQL, opportunity, pipeline, revenue), with the ability to diagnose performance issues and recommend strategic fixes.
-
Fluent working with data: building lists, building and interpreting dashboards, and translating performance reports into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
-
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the judgment to elevate AI-generated drafts to a senior, brand-appropriate standard.
-
Highly organized and process-driven, with experience managing multiple concurrent, complex campaigns and cross-functional stakeholders under deadline pressure.
-
A builder mindset with a bias toward experimentation — you've introduced new tools, automations, or workflows at a previous company and can point to the impact.
-
Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills — comfortable partnering with and, at times, informally guiding marketing, sales, and operations stakeholders without formal authority.
Nice to Haves
-
Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
-
Experience with agentic AI, AI agents for marketing, or similar autonomy-oriented AI concepts.
-
Experience with A/B testing programs, attribution reporting, and common B2B sales motions (ABM, product-led growth, partner-led).
-
Prior experience mentoring or informally leading other marketers or agency partners.
