Job Duties
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Entry Level Technician: Change motor oil and replace filters; check and refill vehicle fluids; rotate tires; test and replace batteries; inspect and install wipers and light bulbs; perform 18-point maintenance safety checks.

Customer Service : Welcome guests, guide vehicles into bays, and use a tablet to check vehicle history; explain required maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and assist guests with options; perform top-side mechanical work as cross-trained (checking fluid levels, replacing wipers, installing bulbs, and testing batteries).
Minimum Education Required
high school diploma or GED preferred but not required; must meet minimum hiring age; fluent in English; comfortable with face-to-face communication, consultative sales, teamwork, and cross-training for top-side mechanical work.
Minimum Experience Required
Entry Level Technician: No experience needed; friendly, eager to learn, and ready to interact with customers; ability to read, write, and speak English clearly; physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend or twist easily; comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
- Customer Service: No prior experience required (open to retail, fast food, or hospitality backgrounds);
