Position Overview

BLUEHAWK is seeking a Mid-Level HUMINT Desk Officer to support strategic HUMINT operations, operational coordination, and intelligence management activities within a national-level intelligence organization. The selected candidate will provide oversight of HUMINT operations, support operational planning and synchronization, coordinate intelligence activities across the enterprise, and deliver briefings and analysis to leadership.

Location:Fort Belvoir, VAClearance:Active TS/SCI RequiredPolygraph:Must successfully complete and maintain a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph (CSP) with NDI results.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and management of strategic HUMINT operations.

  • Conduct operational oversight and synchronization of controlled HUMINT activities.

  • Provide analysis, briefings, and recommendations to government leadership.

  • Coordinate intelligence activities across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

  • Support battle staff functions and intelligence cycle activities, including collection, analysis, production, and dissemination.

  • Prepare operational updates, executive briefings, reports, and decision-support products.

  • Assist with cyber HUMINT and technical operations as required.

  • Maintain compliance with Intelligence Community policies, directives, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications

  • U.S. Government Category I HUMINT Certification Course (Required).

Experience

  • 10 years of full-time experience in a HUMINT management or leadership position.

  • 5 years of strategic experience conducting controlled HUMINT operations within the last 10 years.

  • Verified experience supporting Cyber HUMINT or Technical HUMINT Operations.

  • 4 years supporting an intelligence organization with:

  • Intelligence analysis

  • Executive briefings

  • Battle staff coordination

  • Intelligence cycle management

Knowledge & Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

  • Knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.

  • Strong operational coordination, briefing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a high-tempo intelligence environment.

Security Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph with NDI results on a pre-appointment and recurring basis.
