Job Overview

Join Woodford Bros., Inc. as an Apprentice and play a key role in the future of our team. You’ll be instrumental in impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawlspace repair, and other home repair issues in their homes, all while providing customers with a remarkable experience. As an Apprentice, you'll be part of a three-person crew. Your day-to-day will include loading necessary tools, materials, and equipment needed for projects. Install each job using company-approved and quality-driven methods while consistently upholding a safe and organized work environment. During this period, you’ll receive the training, knowledge, and tools needed to excel and advance, with the potential to lead your own crew. Your work will leave homeowners with restored peace of mind, knowing their home’s value has been preserved and protected. This is more than just another construction job though. What We Offer

• $500 Sign on Bonus

• We prioritize your career development with clear advancement pathways, training resources, and the tools you need to succeed. Paid Training: $20–$21 per hour, based on experience

• After completing training to become a Foreman or Co-Foreman, you’ll be eligible for our uncapped bonus system, which rewards efficiency—the more efficient your team, the higher your earnings

• High-Earning Potential: Top performers can earn up to $160,000 annually, with no cap on bonuses
