Product Owner

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Owner to support the development of an internal People Resource Planning solution focused on workforce planning, headcount visibility, and labor cost management. This high-visibility initiative will provide leadership with greater insight into resource allocation, budgeting, and workforce investments. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business needs into Epics, Features, and User Stories within Azure DevOps.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution validation meetings.
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and support delivery.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. Support the implementation of AI-driven capabilities and process improvements within the solution.

Skills and Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with a desire to grow into a Product Owner role.
• Experience building or supporting tools used by Director-level stakeholders and above.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience, including writing User Stories and managing Epics, Features, and Tasks.
• Ability to document business requirements and translate them into actionable development work.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging AI use cases.
• Experience facilitating workshops, validation sessions, and UAT. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
