NVR, Inc. is seeking a Cash Manager to lead critical cash management and treasury activities. In this role, you will help ensure adequate liquidity, oversee electronic funds transfers, manage banking relationships, and strengthen the processes and systems that support secure, efficient cash operations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while partnering across the organization and developing the Senior Treasury Analysts.

Primary Responsibilities

Cash Management

  • Manage daily cash needs and bank balances, ensuring adequate liquidity.

  • Review daily cash position and bank reports as well as monthly reports and reconciliations.

  • Review and approve electronic funds transfers and payment templates in accordance with company policies and internal controls.

Bank Services Management

  • Resolve operational issues and service discrepancies with banking partners.

  • Review bank service charges and approve monthly interest expense invoices.

  • Evaluate cash management and banking services and recommend improvements.

Treasury Management

  • Maintain and test Treasury’s business continuity plan annually.

  • Provide coverage for key Treasury functions and maintain working knowledge of related responsibilities.

  • Manage and develop treasury team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, banking, or a related financial function.

  • Strong knowledge of cash positioning, electronic payments, bank services, and financial controls.

  • Proven ability to analyze financial data, resolve issues, and improve processes and systems.

  • Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional partnership skills.

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus

This position pays $110,000 - $125,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.
