Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Architecture, Design and Engineering (AD&E) Design Analyst to join a Fortune 500 Retail Pharmacy client's team. The analyst will help design and develop new healthcare and retail concepts that fall outside of the standard store model. This role works closely with internal business partners, architects, designers, and external vendors to create design solutions, review drawings, coordinate projects, and support presentations and project documentation. The ideal candidate has a background in architecture or interior design, strong Revit skills, and enjoys collaborating across multiple teams.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Experience using Photoshop and SketchUp
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or related design field
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects
  • Experience reviewing drawings, renderings, and construction/design documentation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and onboarding
  • Retail or healthcare design experience
  • Experience working with external architects and cross-functional business teams
  • Exposure to non-prototypical or innovative design concepts
  • Experience creating presentations and visual project materials
  • Knowledge of construction documentation and design coordination processes
  • Experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
