Rate: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually

About the Role

Druid Hills Golf Club, one of the most prestigious clubs in Atlanta's private club industry, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dynamic F&B operations. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee all aspects of our dining services, ensuring quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to club standards. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in food and beverage management and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets.

  • Manage and mentor the food and beverage staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

  • Develop and implement menus, ensuring seasonal and innovative offerings that elevate the dining experience.

  • Monitor and control food and labor costs to maximize profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with event planners to design and execute catering and banquet services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with club members while addressing any concerns promptly.

  • Own the beverage program including development of cocktails, training of staff, and monitoring beverage sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience.

  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.

  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and spirits.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • ServSafe certification and knowledge of local health regulations.
