Full job description
$19 per hour plus bonus Franchised Spa is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee its sales operations. The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving sales targets while providing an exceptional level of customer service. This location is in a highly desirable market, and the position has tremendous growth potential in the next 12-36 months.
The Assistant Spa Manager position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Demonstrate the ability to SELL!

Delivering outstanding customer experiences in spa services and retail operations

Initial and ongoing training of front desk staff relating to sales

Responsible for Spa conversion rate

Achieving financial results

Ability to coach and mentor staff relating to sales goals

Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays

Strong organizational/planning and computer skills

Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line

Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials

Position Requirements:

Retail/ sales experience (management experience preferred, but not required)

A passion for people and sales

High level of enthusiasm

Knowledge of Millennium software (preferred, but not required)
